When:

We process our animals when we feel they have gained adequate weight. Once the slaughter date is determined, we will contact you to set up a delivery date. Our goal is 4-8 weeks from order to pickup date.

We process orders in the order we receive them.

How:

We will then call you and provide you with options for meat cuts (quantity of steaks, hamburger, etc.). Your meat will then be custom cut and wrapped to your order.

We provide local deliveries within Routt and Moffat County.
