Having made great food for a couple decades, I found that there are combinations I really enjoy. I make these combinations over and over. Finally, I put one of those mixes in a jar and called it Boss. That’s how this all started.

Now we focus our business on the cuts of meat themselves. We see this as the starting point for the best flavor. Our beef is Colorado grass fed cattle from Hayden, Colorado. It has great marbling and flavor!
